We hired them to clean the apartment I was moving into. This was not just a surface cleaning, a thorough cleaning was needed as the previous tenant did not seem to do any cleaning for several months ... maybe years.

Before the cleaning, the kitchen was covered in grease (I had low hopes for the oven as it was packed with grease), the cabinets, fridge, sink were a mess and very unsanitary.

The bathroom shower was black (this is not a joke) & I can't even imagine the other germs lurking in the bathroom given the state of the shower alone.

The floors were covered in paint from a recent paint job done 2 days prior.

When I returned, I was in awe. My apartment smelled AMAZING and the first thing I noticed was that the floor was cleaned of all the paint! Tracey showed me around the kitchen where she had cleaned all the cabinets, the sink, the oven was grease-free (Happy dance !!), she had even alerted me of leftover cat pee that she found in the stove (EW) that she had out cleaned. I also appreciated her advising me about switching my old oven for a new one as the current one was very old & a hazard. I would have never known & my landlord certainly did not either. The fridge was sparkling!

Now that shower, when I returned the shower was clearly sparkling as Nicholas had steam cleaned it and really did an amazing job.

Tracey walked me through everything they did, the amount of work they put in was incredible for only 3 hours. Definitely worth every single hundred and I highly recommend them for your next cleaning!

Charles was a godsend to us having young children, working, and having little time for cleaning. He and his wife took the time to understand our needs and reassured us that they could meet them. Charles always arrived on time, and with his green products. We were pleased that he was conscientious of the environment and that we didn't have to provide cleaning products. Charles has been coming to our home for four years now and feels like part of the family. Juggling a full-time job with two children under the age of four leaves little time for housework. The feeling of coming home to a clean house at the end of the workday is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. Charles is trustworthy, punctual, and reasonably priced.

He is also thorough, often even pulling out appliances to clean around.

He is flexible both in scheduling and in the tasks he can perform.

We sometimes ask him to do outdoor windows or yard work if that seems more pressing.

No job is too big, has to be Charles' motto! He has helped me pack boxes, prepare my new home for occupancy and unpack along with sprucing up our home every week. His carpet steaming service has removed stains and pet smells also - how fabulous :).
